This is my own conspiracy theory. GEOTUS knew it was coming and allowed it to happen so he could expose them and drain the swamp. If he prevented the steal, essentially he would have saved them from committing the crime.

The problem was once the idea was floated nationally, individual states started changing their laws to put the universal ballot policies in place and all they could do is file lawsuits to stop it, which they did. Even Bill Barr went on Wolf Blitzer's show and was saying how it was going to be filled with fraud-- not even the AG had the power to stop these states from going rogue. Individual states should not be able to set their own standards weeks before a NATIONAL election. Dixville Notch should vote no differently than how I vote here in Florida and so fourth.
I see what you're saying... not so much that he "allowed" it as it was something with too much momentum and shenanigans to stop in advance.
Yeah, it was like wack-a-mole in states with Democrat governors and the federal government could only contest it in the courts and complain publicly.
