Also... I bet it's not a "leak" it's a purposefully clogged and overflowing toilet.
They produced a distraction to enact their plan.
They didn't need to cheat in 6 states, just 6 counties.
I bet those bribed ballot counters ate an early Thanksgiving dinner the night before Election Day... on purpose >:(
Its not an overflow. The leak is between the tank and pedestal. Its a slow leak and drains down along the back side and settles under the bottom surface where it puddles in the low spot on the floor.
In new construction this often happens. The tank sits on top of the pedestal and there is a compressible gasket in between. There are normally 3 thru bolts from the bottom of the tank into the pedestal. The thru bolts have gaskets also.
You have to tighten the thru bolts to compress the gasket between the tank and pedestal. But you cannot over tighten as it can break the china. Therefore, plumbers will put them on snug and if they leak gradually tighten being careful not to overtighten. Once you stop the leak its good to go for 20 years.
Yeah anyway the point being... they had an excuse to bring in "fixers".
