There was a consent decree in effect starting in 1982, which didn’t expire until 2018, which strictly circumscribed the Republican Party’s ability to collect the evidence to make a case.

I think it was pretty racist for Biden to steal all those black votes, just to keep the blacks down on the plantation.

The city voting fraud is a distraction. If you go look at Sidney’s lawsuit and attached evidence you will find the following:

The Smartmatic software was designed to steal “excess” Republican votes in Republican stronghold counties and transfer them to Biden without changing the winner of the county.

Or something similar...this is my paraphrase

Make every losing race close and every winning race a landslide. That should raise some eyebrows over the state of American politics.

It's been "close" for how long?

Data provided to me shows 2004 Presidential election was rigged nationwide in favor of Bush by Scorecard or early version. Circumstantial evidence that Al Gore used Scorecard or early version in Florida 2000, but Bush broke the cheating algorithm and Dems had to stuff ballots or modify votes to overcome.

I really believe that racist crap is falling by the wayside, considering President Trump's huge pick up of minority votes and the ones who have spoken up about how much better things could be with Trump in office. The only ones who seem to fall for the pity party racist card are moron liberal White people who want to virtual signal.

Good point, he got 30% of the African Americans votes but we are finding out that a lot or their votes are being stolen and used by Democrats. How many of the total 100% percent of African Americans vote are dead people, incarcerated, non-voters (willingly), or votes flipped? Probably more like 60-70%.

I had black coworkers who thought exactly this. I'd ask them for something, anything, specific he said or did that was racist. They never had an example. Never. Well, "Charlottesville", which I immediately shot down as a hoax.

Can someone explain what this article is saying?

It's a lot of legal jargon so its hard for a normie like me to understand.

ThePowerOfPrayer 10 points ago +10 / -0

Republicans have been cucks for decades.

5
MAGADUDE 5 points ago +5 / -0

The RNC had a settled with the DNC resulting in a court order not to challenge election results. The presiding judge renewed the order every year even coming out of retirement to keep the court order going, I think he died in 2017.

2
chlofefe 2 points ago +2 / -0

Wow..guess that judge got RBG'd so he couldn't play any funny games this year

The article I linked probably isn't the best one on the subject. If anyone has a better one, please link it!

It's also because Republicans are just cowardly in general.

It's not a good look to lose an election (supposedly) and then go around asking for money because you totally won guys and it's just the system that cheated. It takes big balls to actually fight back, but Trump's doing it because its right.

A lot of Republicans make the mistake of not fighting because in their head its about them. In reality it's not about them - it's about US!

When I go out and vote for you, you better get your ass up there and defend MY vote when you win. Don't just slink away with your tail between your legs. Looking at you Scott Walker of Wisconsin and other governors who faded away instead of fighting for an election that was clearly stolen from them.

Elephant in the room... since 1982, Republicans HAD been legally prohibited from contesting elections due to suspected vote fraud. Not No more.>

ontothefuture 6 points ago +6 / -0

You were ahead on this one pede.

5
Frog_Anne 5 points ago +5 / -0

But Democrats have been committing vote fraud way before 1982! If they actually thought it was a problem, they would have insisted on voter ID and other laws to prevent any fraud. They just wanted free reign to cheat even more.

The uniparty and their state propaganda news. US never had 2 parties you had the illusion of choice until Trump came

13
Patriot4ever2020plus 13 points ago +13 / -0

The DS or whatever you want to call it has been exposed. The DS is a gaggle of elites protecting each other as they rob the treasury. TRUMP sat back and watched until he knew he and a few Patriots could bring it all down. If he is not successful then we must start and end the REVOLUTION.

6
TheThreeSeashells 6 points ago +6 / -0

I don't wonder at all. The GOP didn't want to look for it. This is why they're lending exactly zero help exposing it right now. Cue the "they're the same picture" meme with the DNC and GOP on each side.

6
abetterreddit 6 points ago +6 / -0

I’m convinced they benefit from it, and it’s orchestrated by who the IC wants making the laws they need to continue operating the way they want to operate.

4
BidenHunter 4 points ago +4 / -0

^^This. Many GOPers are likely looking the other way because they too were installed via fraudulent votes, just like they're trying to do with the dimentia patient.

Uniparty was never really looking that hard.

I bet they also rig primary elections to keep people like Trump from ever having a chance at becoming a candidate. Remember the 2015 primaries? They could fight then, they fought like their lives depended on it to keep Trump from getting the nomination

3

If you screamed "say you're a racist!" at a Republican, he'd probably cower in fear and call himself a racist. No backbone at all.

3
TheBusiness 3 points ago +3 / -0

Pick me pick me pick me, I know why!!! Because our government was weaponized when bath house barry and Joe Stalin were "elected" and probably more "Presidents" than we may ever know!

3
Smurfection 3 points ago +3 / -0

The RINO loyal opposition didn't want to rock the boat and the Republican wing of the globalist uniparty was going around calling those of us that wanted Voter ID laws "crazies".

3
dorsalmorsel 3 points ago +3 / -0

The GOP found it, but creepy twinks like Mittens and McCain would rush to concede before they could get their ducks in a row for a lawsuit. They didn't have our backs. We know Trump has our backs.

3
pbarnett865 3 points ago +3 / -0

They are all in on it.

3
MAGADUDE 3 points ago +3 / -0

Republicans were bound by a court order not to challenge elections since 1982. I think that was lifted in 2018.

2
LetMeBeFrank 2 points ago +2 / -0

Because they are complicit. Trump was destiny. The savior of the country. The one with humongous brass balls that was prophesized.

ElderPede here: I'd like to go further than that if I might?

How about some credit to all the pedes here, and the other site before here, who at their own costs, coaming through hundreds, if not thousands of pages of data fishing out the good bits. I'm pretty sure a lot of legal work was done right here.

2

Not really wondering myself. Pretty much got it figured out. Rino's are about as likely to stand up for the people as OJ is likely to hunt down the real killer.

Well, they were actually looking for it, so...

2

I have never wondered. It's the establishment of both sides that have run this sham for a long time. Bush and Obama were literally the same president
