Hello Fellow Pede's.

First off I'm not a Dr, but i was hopelessly depressed.

Depress your depression and also get an alternative benefit of a stronger immune system take

Vitamin D3 (I take nutravita 4000IU vitamin d3 tablets, very good for getting and keeping your mood up!)

Zinc (optional, but helps with flu)

Creatine (I take Creatine 4200 pills, very good for cognitive function)

Vitamin C ( I take Vitamin C by superself with turmeric * elderberry, very good for your immune system and mood lifts, works well with vit D3)

Drink lots of water + Soda water.

Long story short, I was Severely depressed last year. I didn't go to no doctor or shit. I knew what i was, every day was another day. Started taking these supplements and my mood just kept rising, each week was a better week. Arguably we're in the most depressing time of our lives yet I'm ready for war.

Don't forget to introduce exercise if you're not already active.

Remember, Take care of yourself like you'd take care of someone you care about. If you go down, the dependants follow!

Hope this helps.

PS: if you want more energy this will give you improvements depressed or not.

YOU WILL NOTICE A DIFFERENCE AFTER A WEEK

If you want go nuclear on your mental health go keto, this along with excise reduces inflammation which is the key cause to all depression. Also, go outside when you can, walking is great!

I thought I was the only one severely depressed. I haven’t taken my vitamins yet today.

This right here...... I was ran over by a forklift in early 19, so I was alone in the house for almost an entire year before the COVID lockdowns, Now, I've spent almost another year inside, and it fucking sucks....

YOURE IMMUNE SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK IF YOU DO NOT GO OUTSIDE....

Sorry to hear that man, i was out 2 years similarly. Working on my own projects now to try and earn some cash. That said, going outside is very important.

Im currently looking into doing something similar once I get the GreenLight from the Doc and crooked workers comp people... Physical Therapy, and Pool Therapy every other day is the only thing keeping me moving at the moment. Thinking about getting into meat processing, and maybe the Hemp industry if there is still money to be made.

Glad you are now able to get out and about! Best of luck to you friend!!

Eat all the different colored foods that you can. I don't mean skittles.

Yeah and no, I'm on keto and just eat meat and fat with a bit of greens. These substances work on a diet as little as mine.

I am not a doctor, but I don't recommend keto, watch out for your kidneys and liver.

I've been on it for 3 years and blood work has always been fine. Keto is heavily studied and points towards how our diet should have been. In fact it stopped a diabetes scare i had which was the reason i went on it in the first place. Too many rockstar energy drinks lmao.

Did you know that the current nutrition pyramid was created by a bunch of agricultural farmers. Funny how vegetables is the largest bracket in that. Bad science is something that will be behind us once we get freedom of speech back.

A good place to start about keto is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dan8qtgQRi8

I have been studying nutrition for about 30 years. Just watch out for your liver. Turmeric is the great healer.

You've been studying bad science if you believe it does damage to the liver, its been debunked what you're talking about. I have a masters in a stem field and fully capable of researching accurately. Don't spread false information please i can find you sources if you want to debate this?

OK but I'd suggest that those leafy veggies were brassicas, and you got some turmeric in your diet, Stay healthy pede. These things won't hurt you.

keto requires greens in the diet, no one is arguing this. You brought up liver damage due to ketosis which is a fallacy brought about by diabetes studies and mistakes in understanding.

Keto is proven to help the liver drastically, in some cases curing people of fatty liver.
