When you have someone who is actually effective as a Supreme Court justice, you want them to stay there. Placing justices has historically been a crapshoot for Republicans. Many of them turn out to be secret liberals. So no, keep the man in his SCOTUS seat and heap upon him the praise he deserves for doing well the job he has!

Let's meme it into reality.
One way (if I recall correctly) would be for the House to impeach Justice Roberts and for the Senate to convict him, thus vacating the Chief Justice seat. Then Trump nominates Thomas to the seat. Many like to pretend justices have life terms, but it's not so. Since Roberts has exceeded the term of his good behavior, he must go.
We don’t have Ministers here. The head of the Supreme Court is called Chief Justice (currently traitor John Roberts). The head of the Department of Justice is called the Attorney General (currently bagpipe Bill Barr). The head of the FBI/KGB (domestic) is called Director (currently Deep State Christopher Wray). The head of the CIA/KGB (foreign) is also called Director (currently out-of-the-loop Gina Haspel).
So, do you want Clarence Thomas to be Chief Justice or Attorney General?

I do believe that due to this historic precedent of enormous voter fraud that the political system of the US does deserve strong reform. First and foremost, let's introduce mandatory hearings for government entities on request of ruling government parties. Then we need to strengthen the fail-safe that Rudy is employing to secure Trump's second term: make it a nation-wide law that voter fraud claims HAVE TO BE incrementally overheard by courts and state legislatures until the claims are fully resolved. It is a mistake that Rudy had to hope for state legislatures to accept his plea.
