I haven't really seen anyone say this, but WHY would a vote counting machine be made with the ability to switch votes, weight votes, fill in ballots, etc.???

It's like saying we made calculators for student to use on their math tests, and they have web access, communication between other students calculators, and a built-in equation solver. But we know the students won't cheat. And then the math scores are all 100%.

I think that's the whole point. Apparently they were certified, I don't think anybody knows for sure yet until you confiscate their machines and software.
