I lost my job twice this year due to covid and I am losing my apartment on New Year's Day because I have burned through my savings and unemployment stopped coming in back in October and I can't pay December's rent but i'm not out here convinced that all hope is lost, traumatized by the world. This is the Earth, being alive in itself is a testament to how badass a creature is let alone being able to slug on through the bullshit of a modern human world where not only is the planet out to get you but your fellow species are actively looking for a way to fuck you over. Stop taking acting like a kicked puppy and start acting like the animal we know you are. The centipede is a PREDATOR!
I live in Philly, it's blue as blue gets. Needles and dog shit everywhere and BLM bullshit in every other window and on every wall. It's wild but their delusional bullshit isn't going to take the pep out of my step. Fuck them and fuck that, when it comes down to it, I'm going to take care of me and mine. It'll be okay, bet on it.
As far as rent, it's not like i'm not trying....i've put in a million (at least 300) job applications in the last few weeks but this place has been shut down since the start and December is a few days away. First and last's was paid up front so when it comes down to it, i'll use that and have until the end of the month to figure out what's next. It'll be okay, bet on it.
