Justice John Roberts and his wife did adopt two Irish children illegally through a South American adoption agency to bypass EU regulations in regard to the US. They are adults now, but I’m sure they would have a fight with immigration to remain Citizens even after naturalization. Also he and his wife are human traffickers for what they did. Not sure the limits of prosecuting this being the crime happen two decades ago.
