Those last books were finished by Brandon Sanderson, and were fairly bittersweet for me. On one hand, I glad the series got wrapped up after Jordan's death. On the other hand, it's painful listening to Sanderson's obnoxious fanclub trash Jordan for the previous couple admittedly sub-par books (by Jordan's standards), while praising Sanderson for turning the series around. In reality, the story was already back on track by the end of the last book that Jordan published, and Sanderson criminally misunderstood and miswrote major characters. Fortunately Jordan seems to have written most of the really important scenes.

I'm not sure how you can certify the vote in a place where you have more votes than voters. That's the thing about a lot of these cities/counties being contested. There's no way to just segment a few votes here and there, because the nature of the fraud is such that you can't know how many votes were real or fake, nor can you really pick and choose for whom you remove votes for. Once extensive fraud is shown on even a significant margin of votes, the whole area has to be thrown out.
Of course that means Trump loses votes too (which is what makes it fair), but Biden loses way more, and enough to not win.

It does say that "Indefinitely confined status shall not be used by electors simply as a means to avoid the photo ID requirement," and that they don't "condone the abuse of that option," but doesn't seem to indicate how this would be determined.
It gives clerks the authority, if they think this designation is inaccurate, to contact the voter and "tactfully," "with appropriate discretion," inquire if it is accurate. However, beyond asking if it's accurate, they can't say or do more, as any additional info is protected by medical/disability privacy laws. And, realistically, how often is a clerk going to make this useless call, rather than just rubber stamp what will essentially be rubber stamped anyway?

They are challenging about 200k, I doubt all will be thrown out, but it's best to have a big net.
I'm not sure how you can certify the vote in a place where you have more votes than voters. That's the thing about a lot of these cities/counties being contested. There's no way to just segment a few votes here and there, because the nature of the fraud is such that you can't know how many votes were real or fake, nor can you really pick and choose for whom you remove votes for. Once extensive fraud is shown on even a significant margin of votes, the whole area has to be thrown out.
Of course that means Trump loses votes too (which is what makes it fair), but Biden loses way more, and enough to not win.

"Indefinitely confined" has strict requirements that COVID doesn't meet, and it skirts around voter ID requirements. Hence, requesting one of these ballots for no good reason is illegal.
I seem to recall seeing a discussion among libs in WI and they were promoting voting absentee and claiming they were indefinitely confined (based on fear of covid). They definitely had the impression that they could do it. It may have been on r/wisconsin.
In Wisconsin you are only allowed to vote absentee if you are "indefinitely confined," meaning you cannot physically get to the polling place. If you request an absentee ballot and say that you're indefinitely confined, but you're actually not confined, then that's illegal.
Matt Braynard and his team reviewed some data and found social media profiles for many people who claimed to be indefinitely confined but clearly were not.
In court:
Judge: "What proof do you have that these people are not indefinitely confined?"
Braynard: pulls up social media accounts

Second is they requested with 'indefinitely confined' status which means they're unable to leave their home and thus don't have to show ID. The number of these requests multiplied more than any past year combined, for no reason. Covid is not a qualifier for this status. Thus illegally requested under false pretenses

So it's pretty much up to the voters to identify as whatever they'd like.
It does say that "Indefinitely confined status shall not be used by electors simply as a means to avoid the photo ID requirement," and that they don't "condone the abuse of that option," but doesn't seem to indicate how this would be determined.
It gives clerks the authority, if they think this designation is inaccurate, to contact the voter and "tactfully," "with appropriate discretion," inquire if it is accurate. However, beyond asking if it's accurate, they can't say or do more, as any additional info is protected by medical/disability privacy laws. And, realistically, how often is a clerk going to make this useless call, rather than just rubber stamp what will essentially be rubber stamped anyway?
So, by my reading, they don't "condone the abuse" of this loophole, but it's set up so that verification, enforcement, and accountability cannot take place.

As I understood it, there is a law in WI that makes is necessary to submit a written request to receive a mail in ballott. Tens of thousands of ballotts were suposedly delivered without such a request, thus making them invalid.

There is a few reasons why they would be, I don't know if this is the one they are going after here, but in Wisconsin, all mail in ballots must be requested. There was a lot of unrequested mail in ballots sent out and they were voted on. By Wisconsin law, those ballots are illegal.
You need a good reason that you're confined to your home on election day and therefore need an absentee ballot.
Many people were not so confined but requested absentee ballots anyway. Those are illegal.
