Demanding recounts is perhaps counterproductive because they're going to report the original totals and make it look even more like trump is wrong

92
RosettaStone 92 points ago +93 / -1

Or they're going to look even more guilty when it is proven that the recount was also a scam.

51
Rreidy8286 51 points ago +53 / -2

What is worse then stealing an election? Stealing an election, then attempting to cover it up. The attempt to cover it up the fraud may be used to establish they were fully aware of it and took steps to cover it up. I could be wrong and am not a law pede. I specialise in bird law so im not sure

30
GlacialSpeed 30 points ago +30 / -0

This election was ALMOST stolen.

Biden will not take the whitehouse.

If we let that happen then the country and the dreams of our founders are completely over.

The recounts that are fake show it was not a mistake, and the fraud was real and on purpose.

Agreed, and you can also find the names of people that broke the law by illegally voting.

Similar to the Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918 (MBTA), 16 U.S.C. §§ 703–712, the cover-up would implicate further the guilty party responsible in the original crime.

Good article. That's why I refuse to believe that we are to just shrug at those statistical anomalies. CLEARLY strange things are afoot at the Circle K and I cannot for a second believe that the DOJ or some investigative body isn't looking REAL hard at this.

Why are they not looking for the watermarks? Simple security for mail in. There must be another back up plan they are working on. At this point it seems they are trying to avoid jail or blame of jail for their actions. Sydney must have even more than she is letting out. Glad she, Gulini, and Lynn are on our side.

It's not about the totals and never was, it's about the number of legal verifiable votes Quality not quantity

16
KAGAnoRINO 16 points ago +16 / -0

Number of Ballots real and fraudulent are not in question, the number of fraudulent non verified, non citizen, non chain of custody ballots is.

These commies think ballots are bearer instruments.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

13
Ogcarvattack 13 points ago +13 / -0

Time is the adversary.

13
FireannDireach 13 points ago +13 / -0

It's part of the process. You can't just cut the line and go straight to the SCOTUS, they have to exhaust all possibilities to get relief there. The focus is on audits, and mail in votes, anyway. If the can get the poison mail in votes out, he wins.

8
Chuj 8 points ago +8 / -0

Yes, but it seems like a recount, then certification, THEN a challenge can be done

So s necessary step in many states

5
zuccherina 5 points ago +5 / -0

I don't think so. It's just that corrupt actors are trying to ram their unverified votes through and certify to give Biden the appearance of legitimacy.

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

12/14 is the date electors vote. If they give one candidate a winning 270, Courts can't override that. This is a hard deadline for Courts to be DONE with straightening out the election fraud. If they fail us, we only have one option.

It wasn't theft. The process was entirely Constitutional and legal. One could certainly argue it was a dick move considering Jackson won the most votes and Electors, but he didn't get a majority of Electors and that meant Congress got to choose and well Congress chose John Quincy Adams.

5
Morp 5 points ago +5 / -0

That "corrupt bargain" propelled Jackson into office the following election, and thus broke JQA who hung around DC like a bad stink, writing rumors and attempting to undermine the Jackson presidency.

History repeats itself.

2

I like that system, actually. It encouraged more than 2 parties to exist as you could make multiple different types of appeals tot he public and the two best appeals would win power. It seems weird now, that the parties are so divergent and Democrat's are so comically villainous and anti-American, but Imagine a rational race where an Originalist, a Reaganite, a Libertarian, and a Reformer all ran. It'd be cool for the two best pitches to take positions of power.

"Jackson turned down an offer to run for governor of his home state, but accepted John Overton's plan to have the legislature nominate him for president.[118] On July 22, 1822, he was officially nominated by the Tennessee legislature.[119] Jackson had come to dislike Secretary of the Treasury William H. Crawford, who had been the most vocal critic of Jackson in Monroe's cabinet, and he hoped to prevent Tennessee's electoral votes from going to Crawford. Yet Jackson's nomination garnered a welcoming response even outside of Tennessee, as many Americans appreciated his attacks on banks."

Lol so at first he was only doing it to spite his enemy out of electoral votes

41
JamesKPolk 41 points ago +41 / -0

The 1824 election is a remarkable tale of backroom shenanigans for personal gain against the popular will. I highly suggest anyone unfamiliar with the events take a moment to familiarize themselves with the wheelings and dealings that ultimately led to the creation of the two party system that has survived to modern times. Ultimately, justice and the will of the voters prevailed, albeit after four years, which is a luxury we cannot afford in this age.

1824? History Pede teach me!

13
IncredibleMrE1 13 points ago +13 / -0

1824 - Jackson was running for election. John Quincy Adams was running against him. Henry Clay - the Speaker of the House - also ran, as well as William Crawford. Jackson, Adams, and Clay were the top 3, but none of them won a majority of the Electoral votes, which forced the election into the House of Representatives. Constitution says that only the top 3 candidates can be considered, but Clay was automatically eliminated, because he was Speaker. So the House was to vote on Jackson vs. Adams.

Clay and Adams had a meeting in early January 1825 that lasted several hours. Clay was chosen as representative for his state and made his support for Adams widely known.

When the House voted in February 1825, Adams won because of Clay's influence there. Adams subsequently named Henry Clay as his Secretary of State.

12
AmericanMestizo 12 points ago +12 / -0

The 2020 Election may be the biggest theft of human life and liberty since the Communist Revolution of the Russian Empire, Chinese Communist Revolution of Nationalist China in 1949 and the Nazi Holocaust of Jews.

If Biden and then Harris become President, freedom of speech and personal liberty, let alone the right to bear arms, will cease to exist on this planet.

Democrats in power with executive action and pandemic protocols at their fingertips, has dissolution of the United States, written all over it.

No one thought it could happen in the Soviet Union either. 1991 proved them wrong.

China is going to demand that their Democrat payments get what they wanted for the money, the USA broken up and scattered to the wind and our military left to rot in port and unpaid, like in the former U.S.S.R.

Biden/Harris : "We will give every person loyal to Democracy $50,000 a year, by de-funding the Department of Defense. China can protect us, man!"

4
Rufus_Shinra 4 points ago +4 / -0

This is exactly right. America will be a vassal of China, with every high ranking official and politician on their payroll. Biden will flood the country with 3rd worlders, specifically targeting red states and counties in swing states. They never have to worry about elections again bc they will all be rigged.

No one ever thought it could happen in America, but it just did.

1
SpaceForceZulu 1 point ago +1 / -0

Freedom of speech and the right to bear arms won’t cease to exist, as we were endowed with those, and many other liberties, by our Creator. Those freedoms aren’t issued by the government, and they are ours to defend.

Newt's comments were spot on...by the book. He says it was a "theft".

After Rudy, Newt is Trump's best surrogate. Been championing Trump for 5 years. He is also THE scholarly and fatherly figure of the Republicans and probably the ONLY pro-Trump commentator the MSM allows on regularly. He's the ONLY national figure (so far) to call out Soros on MSM.

If Newt's not on board for the scam--at least saying 'weasel words'--then the 'wheels of justice' have added an extra 100 horses, alongside Trump, Rudy, Lin, Sydney and others, to keep grinding away.

3

For sure, but it doesn't seem like enough it being done about it. Trump should have 1000 lawyers working on this 24/7. After that, we are fucked, correct?
