Most of these irregularities and improprieties are not criminal, but they are invalid votes. Nevada and PA are about to flip too. It's possible 1 court case strips certification denying both candidates from their 20 electoral votes. But Trump doesn't need 270, he only needs to make sure Biden doesn't have 270.
