The real solution is to reduce the size of the Federal Govt. It shouldn't matter to us that PA and GA can't run a basic election. The Office of President has WAY too much power, and States need to step up and tell the Feds to pound sand every once in a while.

Lin Wood is really starting to annoy me with how he's spreading disinformation.
New evidence can not be presented at SCOTUS unless its introduced first in the trial courts. So the idea that "Trump or his team is holding onto bombshell evidence to release when it reaches SCOTUS" is false.
Either release the evidence now, or its clear that they don't have the evidence.
It sounds like Lin Wood is saying new evidence will be presented in SCOTUS.
MAGA1775 is saying that isn't legally allowed, as that evidence would have to be presented to a lower court first.
Perhaps Lin Wood just means in different cases around the country rather than a specific case.
Actually, he's right. You have to have an evidentiary trial where all this stuff comes out, get ruled against, then appeal your way up to SCOTUS. Anything not introduced in the lower court is almost impossible to get in on appeal.
There would have to be additional court cases if there is new evidence.
It sounds like Trump is suggesting a new case would be filed this week for Wisconsin because of illegal ballots. Additional cases can be filed in any state if the evidence wasn't in some of the original filings.
Not all cases are going to be as vast as the Kraken case. In Georgia there are some Constitutional issues with moves made without the legislature to change election law. This issue alone could be a case and make it to the SC.

I mean that's the exact opposite of how it works in most countries that use common law. New evidence coming to light is a valid ground to appeal. It gets people off death row, gets their sentence overturned, etc etc. Happens all the time.
However this all ignores the fact that more evidence is revealed during discovery, which only happens after a court order.
That evidence for appeal is presented to a same level court. I think the premise is you can't present new evidence to a higher level court for appeal.
If you get new evidence whilst on death row, they don't have to escalate your appeal to the higher court, because you're just appealing with new evidence rather than appealing the courts decision.
Regarding #1, it benefits him by garnering him attention and followers. It doesn't necessary end bad for him if it isn't true. Look at the Qanon stuff and how its still going even after many of the Q claims never came to fruition..."trust Sessions"...."trust Barr"...."trust the plan." The reason Q works is because it relies on "tick tock" that something is going to happen and cogs are turning behind the scene to reveal the deep state, you just have to wait.
For example, his claim that the satanic pedophile cult of the deep state would be revealed and hundreds of prominent politicians would be going to jail....that can be dragged out for several years.
I don't think Lin Wood is necessarily purposely lying or trying to lead us on as a nefarious plan. I think he just truly believes Q and truly believes in what he's saying, even though he's not vetting it.
Those are good points. I don't think that Lin Wood is a bad person, I think he's very patriotic and passionate. I don't think there's any huge plan behind his rhetoric, just that he is susceptible for falling for disinformation campaigns. He seems to believe the theories that Trump has them all caught behind the scenes and is just waiting to drop the hammer.
I think both of yall had well thought out positions. Im glad to have people like yall on our side. Reason and logic are always good to hear from others. The future is murky no doubt. However this country of ours is known for its fighters and has always had a glimmer of profound hope. No matter what happens the battle will continue.
