There are a lot of precincts that get like 100 votes.

Are you sure it's realistic to force 2 additional people to be there just to count? Let's leave it optional.

No. Ambiguity is how the weasels exploit. We fly people in if we have to, it has to be iron clad.

Those are the easiest to monitor. One table, less than one hour, and you're done. No big deal.

Election integrity, just like any other form of integrity, is an all or nothing proposition. You either have it, or you don't. In this Country, for unknown decades, we have NOT. We either fix it or we do not.

Not only do we need to monitor every vote being counted, we need to make sure our monitors aren't infiltrated by Marxists. This too is easier in rural precincts and must not be skipped.
