I just listened to the whole thing. General Mcinerney confirms the server raid in Germany, CIA vs. SF "incident", starting right around 43 minutes. The whole interview is linked in the tweet in the OP and in reply to your comment.

Granted, he does make it seem like it's unconfirmed to him and that he heard it from some kind of unofficial source.
