Sadly we are still the few. In Florida I go to a couple different Publix in Jacksonville. I’m almost always the only one without. Occasionally see someone else. I also go to the Winn Dixie and Publix near Flagler beach pretty often because I go there a lot, which the area itself generally is maskless but still I am almost always the only maskless one in the grocery store. Also went to one in St Johns and another one somewhere off I-95. Again 99% masks! It’s infuriating how fucking cucked everyone is!

Remember pede, courage is contagious. Masks are legally mandated in my county, but on several occasions I have walked in without a mask and notice how the people around me suddenly have their masks down on their chin. MOST people think face diapers are bullshit...

Making it a big deal is a way to not make it happen. Just don't wear it. I'm in cucked VA with Coon Man Governor cracking down again. All stores have signs because that gets them off the hook. Don't wear your mask. Don't ask for permission. You might get offered a mask but just say no thanks and that's the end of it. They're never going to say it's ok; but they're not going to want to be the first store to get sued for trying to enforce a legally worthless Governor's "mandate." What they tell you on the phone will be their policy. What they do in person is the reality.

They are not going to care if you decide not to shop there. You'll have to shop somewhere and in my area, every place "requires" masks. But it's not enforced. There's a huge difference to the merchant. Although supposedly they could be fined etc they and their attorneys don't believe that will happen to a major chain because in VA, a Governor's Mandate ain't law; and the Supreme Court has already said the Constitution is NOT suspended during a pandemic or other emergencies--they can't even force people to evacuate during hurricanes etc because the Constitution gives you the right to take your chances. No store wants to be the test case that gets sued for infringing on the Constitution--they don't want the hassle. They just want to go on making money and not pissing anyone off. Yeah, it takes some courage to talk in bare-faced but I got over that in about 5 seconds. Nobody said anything to me but I got lots of friendly nods and excellent treatment by the staff who know that if the customers stop wearing masks, they won't have to either. This is how you end it, with other brave souls reclaiming their rights. Human nature is something you have to understand and use, grasp the motives of the people involved. Put yourself in the store's position--if someone calls to ask, you are going to give the party line--they could be taping you, and if it's a chain, you could get your ass fired. There was one incident in this store I read about where a customer got upset that a person wasn't wearing a mask. The person was told "We're not enforcing it." It's one thing to say it to someone, quite another to say it to some unknown person on the phone. So yeah, it stops when we STOP it, not when they TELL US it's OK.

Go ahead and do it your way and find out. I'm telling you it won't work.

I'm already doing it my way so MY way -- and that of all the other people going maskless DOES work. LOL, don't shame me because I'm braver than you!

I got thrown out a Krogers for refusing a mask. They literally had a guy at the door who got on the radio, then a manager hunted me through the store.

Same. As soon as they passed the mask mandates in March or April or whenever it was, I also had to renew my membership at the same time. Was good incentive to not. And I’ll never go there again.

I failed to renew this year myself

I've never worn a mask. Not even once. I'm in the grocery store 5 times a week.

Went to Lowe's yesterday as well. No mask, nobody said shit and the manager of the outdoor area wasn't wearing one either. Needless to say we bought our Christmas tree there. Happy to spend money somewhere that a manger isn't masked.

Lots of employees but no one there to scan items at checkout or help you find things.

Just don't wear one. If someone gives you shit, tell them you have a medical exemption.

The medical exemption is that your blood pressure goes up when you're forced to endure bullshit.

This needs to be concentrated in the blue states where this mess is the worst. I see a few here and there without masks but it really needs to be a full on active movement. No wait. An idea!

Here in Ohio, the state tolerates 20% disobedience in the big stores, any more, results in a 24hr closure and fines.

I walked throughout Hobby Lobby today with no mask. I was the only one.

I'm in favor of individual grocery stores enforcing masks during rare outbreaks, as long as the government is not mandating that and it's rare.

Around here, some wear masks, some don't... very few enforcers. I assume those who do enforce have a bad case of Bidenitis.

Clever pepe, but I still think we're better off with the phone campaign to our legislators until we restore the election.

Then I'm on board for both, phone calls and mask defiance.

I go into the grocery store maskless about once a week. Nobody says shit to me and everyone is friendly/respectful. I don't even get any dirty looks. But I did get a smile from a fellow maskless customer once.
