This is great news! Foreign citizens shouldn't be represented in the American Government. The question becomes How would this be implemented when the Supremes already said you couldn't ask the citizenship question?

You could do this be cross checking census rolls with names on the voter rolls and social security and possibly following up with individuals who were only listed in the Census rolls.
