Based on the rulings some of these left judges are making we are ALREADY more qualified to be judges, hell we are literally more qualified to be a FUCKING SUPREME COURT CHIEF JUSTICE!
We just floated on this world obliviously thinking that higher institutions are full of people smarter than us because they were Judges and we just worked at a store or as a plumber or whatever, but in reality no one is smarter. In fact as it pertains to government positions literally everyone is qualified except half of the sociopaths who only got those positions because we assumed they knew literally anything at all.
Oh, no doubt. That's a conclusion that I arrived at many years ago. I have seen both sides of that track, and if my survival depended upon it, and I were plopped-down a la Surviival, with minimal tools and supplies in some remote jungle, swamp, desert or what-have-you, I'd take the first five random people attending one of my local Rod and Gun Club meetings over a selection of professors at the local university. Hands down.

I don't have expectations from her filings, but I do think that it's crucial to gather and collate the damning information that her charges contain. In particular the affidavits of witnesses. Her efforts, Lyn Woods' efforts, they all create momentum which pushes the whole pile forward. And it's not simply momentum, there's something to keeping your enemy off-balance as much as is possible. When they're busy swatting flies, they may miss the dagger.
I use the technique in personal life. When I encounter an annoying character and I want to create space, I watch and examine and employ a diversion that prioritizes their interest over me. It keeps them so busy that they have no time to bother me.
I don't concern myself so much with the coincidental use of words like Kraken and other sideshow stuff. Sydney however is no sideshow.
