They aren’t the only ones that are empty. There’s another one down on Ventura that I ride by where I see nurses standing around outside smoking or fiddling with their phones. The one over in West Hills is empty too.

I am just not seeing what would appear to be a massive pandemic. Granted, I’ve only seen movies about pandemics but in all of them, it’s total chaos not empty parking lots with nurses standing around making Tik Tok videos.
