If the State electors vote on 12/14 and give a winning 270 to either candidate, I don't see any way for Courts to override that. I've been saying this for a while now. Eyes on the Courts, this is their hard deadline to fix this. (Unless State electors fail to give either candidate 270) if our Courts fail us, there's only one option.
