I was one of those who got banned out for raising this legit concern, even with detailed explanation in my appeal. The shallow-thinking mod(s) there was/were playing checker while the enemies were playing chess. It seems like a sure recipe for losing, not winning, if one is not even able to differentiate friends from foes, or legit concerns from bogus ones. So many unforced errors can be costly, indeed.
Did you call out Sessions before he recused himself? Sessions was the only excuse I would give Trump among his constant string of horrible hires, because he was able to dupe many people, myself included. Barr didn't dupe me. Easiest cue is to watch the enemy's reaction to those hires. Yet this simple fact seems to be lost on many patriots. If the 'Rats didn't strongly protest, you know you got a RINO. Powell is doing fine on my book so far. But let's say even if she fails, it's probably not too fair to pin the blame on her considering the situational context that she's only hired to put out the fire that should not have been started in the first place, had the fire extinguishers been properly deployed.
If "preponderance of evidence" of the election fraud is all that is needed to lock in Supreme Court's favorable decision, I think she probably got more than enough. Is she obligated to share her findings with the public before SC hearing if that might help give the enemy time and resources to better legally defend itself?
