The one thing I really can’t understand is McInerney is one of the guys proposing that Hammer and Scorecard were used. If that were the case it would 100% be detected by a simple recount. It’s more likely that mail fraud and localized Dominion shenanigans occurred. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Depends. If they used software to add, say, 103,234 votes to Biden, they would know exactly how many they were short. If the storage facilities aren't secure, you solve it after the fact. At least, that is one possibility.

Alternatively I guess they could have just matched what the algorithm came up with - seems like that would in fact require a massive conspiracy. Which is possible but less likely.
