This is ridiculous. The legal system in America uses courts that hear cases that have already happened, not ones based on hypothetical situations. THAT is a characteristic of European courts which we don't allow to set legal precedent in the USA, thank God. These idiots should be wrll aware of that and what a non-issue their decision is based on.

I legitimately wonder what the corruption/stupidity ratio of half of these decisions made in the swamp are. Do they really think we're too dumb to know they're making decisions outside of Constitutional framework?
