There has to be a record of all ballots cast kept for 22 months per federal law. Each machine keeps a JPG of each ballot processed. If the pics of ballots arent there then you have an invalid election. They dam well better still be there.

Have the Sytel servers which has the codes on the machines which when matched will show they were changed which constitutes FRAUD which invalidates the machine count for that machine. Also, with the change in code there is a tracking algorithm which will identify who did the switch and then they go to jail.
The thing is if any of these machines were patched after the fact you can tell. Have worked in Cyber Security for the last 18 years for the DOD and NSA.
