Its the next step in a couple suit each case has to go through several courts at the local and state lol all need to fail to appeal o SCOTUS so can't set dates for you but can say for sure everytime you hear got rejected shot down etc. From the news its actually good news we need cases to fail at lower levels to reach final say SCOTUS where thre is no appeals
