When you hear news that one of the swing states have "certified" the victory for Biden, take it with a YUGE grain of salt because it might not be OFFICIAL. Examples:

Michigan - Sec of State said that the country canvasser certified. REALITY: the canvasser may not of signed the official documents. And even if she did, signatures might not be legally binding if the signer was coerced.

Pennsylvania - the governor (or Sec of State? I can't remember) said that the results were certified. REALITY: the judge who is currently halting certification said that she didn't received the official documents.

Same old shit tactic when the media called Biden the victor: they totally disregard the official/legal requirements to confirm it.

Main lesson: don't give up! You never know if there are more legal steps to make things official.

All certifications can be overturned by the court at any time for any reason. They can also be voided by State Legislatures. SOS and Governors are using power delegated to them by the legislature to certify.
