I see conflicting info on what states do and do not have hard ballot backups. Early on I heard none of these states had hard ballot backups. Then I heard they all did. Then I heard only wisconsin didn't.

He makes some interesting points that we all know, but I know I personally haven't explicitly thought out such as how several of the issues alone- like the no hard ballot backup issue- are enough to nullify the whole election.

Question is though, which states voting machines DON'T have hard ballot backups for auditing? We could use this fact as ammo in our contacts with these RINO cuck senators.
