McInerney saw the story, then claimed today in an interview when asked about it, that "sources have told him" that US Army forces (the Kraken battalion) raided a CIA server farm in Germany (notice how its not Scytl anymore). And that 5 soldiers were killed in a firefight with CIA paramilitary who were flown in from Afghanistan to fight off the US Army but they ultimately seized the servers and that Trump has them and will present them at the Supreme Court. Personally, this whole thing screams disinformation to me. It came from a random person in Germany who posted it on a Q site and somehow snowballed into what it is today. I would be highly skeptical of this.

I don’t know if it’s true or not. I did read the German tweet, who knows if that was accurate. If the person posting was German, they could have written “surfers” phonetically, again who knows, but to me that’s not a deal breaker. I do agree that nobody should get complacent, but I think measuring that by crowd size is inaccurate. Most people have jobs and families and obligations, and generally find it is a better use of time at this point to write and call straight to the source. Things are playing out in the lower courts, states are not going to do anything besides punt to the Supremes. When they get it, then it will be time. I would expect at least Kavanaugh levels of people, just nobody wearing those stupid handmaid costumes.

McInerney made the claims after he told the story of 5 soldiers being killed by the CIA. He said that Trump has the servers and he suspects that he will reveal it at SCOTUS.

But I do believe there is an overseas server where our votes went, and it seems reasonable that they must have because 4 countries had access to it, unless the legal team is getting poor information. I mean, this is not necessarily relevant to state issues but it is relevant to national security. There could also be more than one server, not in the same place. This is happening so fast that it is tough to understand the real story. I agree on McInerny, and think he is more accurate on Hammer and Scorecard. He is often careful to preface what he says with statements like, “and I do not know for sure, but...” Most of us have good will here, but we just need to temper what we believe to be true.

Thats why they are having these 'hearings' in the first place...establish merit.
If it was the case that Trump is holding onto information to guarantee him re-election, and the courts are not letting us present evidence, then he is in his right (and should) release that information publicly. That would cause so many people to be disgusted and outraged (even Democrats) that it would FORCE the courts to look at the evidence.

The part that gets most to jump in line is the fact the servers communicated with some European server controlled by the Dominion company. He again reiterated it was “Special Operations Forces” that raided the CIA server in Germany. (It sounded like he said US Army but then corrected himself, or possibly it was US Army Special Op Forces (under USSOC.) He also said he had heard about service members being killed in the operation, but he said he has not been able to verify that. He didn’t specify how many soldiers allegedly were killed. He also indicated that the 305th Battalion is Military Intelligence battalion is nicknamed the “Kraken”, and it has been a source of information for Sidney Powell, along with other sources he indicated they are both privy to but could not share what those other sources were.
