Bro no data would be just as bad as straight cheating in the open strict rules on data storage

If they had won legitimately then they would have no problem with an audit and recount. The fact that they refuse to let us have an audit and recount proves that they cheated.

Oldguard08 37 points ago +37 / -0

Took Jill Stein 3 years damn near 4 just to get access to the source code... Leaves me to believe something is going on for her lawyers to no let that lose on the public.

RuthBGinsburgsTumor 14 points ago +14 / -0

If they had won legitimately then they would have no problem with an audit and recount.

It'd give them an opportunity to rub it on Trump's face and watch him lose twice. Anyone who doesn't watch them losing their minds with mental gymnastics to tr and justify NOT having a review, and still thinks there's nothing rotten in the State of Pennsylvania, is a complete brainlet.

TheWinningNeverStops 11 points ago +11 / -0 (edited)

They know trust me. I've seen people saying recount and audit won't prove anything and it's a waste of time blah blah. Basically they know Biden cheated they just don't care. This country and it's election process means little to these commies.

3
GrumpyAmerican 3 points ago +3 / -0

This... the average dem simply doesn’t care. UnAmerican!

1
RuthBGinsburgsTumor 1 point ago +1 / -0

I've encountered that only once (IRL, I don't count online because it's a different beast). Ended up with a pretty hard case of cognitive dissonance. Went something like this:

Him: If he cheated I'm OK with it this time to get rid of the bad Orange Man.

Me: So you're willing to forego democracy under certain circumstances.

Him: Of course, most people are, blah blah the Roman empire and their dictators. But now that he's out things can go back to normal.

Me: Why would they go back to normal?

Him: Because no orange man.

Me: But you've just admitted that you don't mind cheating if there's an emergency. Why would the politicians stop pushing the "emergency" on everything if it means they can get away with cheating? COVID, and the next COVID, and terrorism threats, and everything else. What makes you think it'll stop coming?

Him: But... but...

It wasn't an "everyone clapped" moment because, of course, he refused to budge, but it was pretty easy to tell the idea had cracked through his carefully manufactured reality and set root.

If you're OK with pliticians cheating under "special circumstances", special circumstances is what's on the menu from now till eternity.

I have taken Yuri bezmenov's words to heart and as such don't bother talking to these folks. They are a lost cause.

They wiped the chain of custody records in MI

4
sirtra 4 points ago +5 / -1

And whilst thats highly sus i bet there is no law saying they cant.

They have to keep the ballots but i doubt the laws have factored in the digital age.. most are always from the 1800's where people still rode horses and used candles at night.

9
jetxlife1 9 points ago +10 / -1

all of this is true but then when you take into account the severe corruption they'll probably blame it on another water leak and get away with it

I think we are more in the vein of the Battle of Athens TN than 1776. That was, after all, vote fraud that was directly "corrected" by citizens many of whom were veterans.

5
the_pragmaticist 5 points ago +5 / -0

Maybe on law and order. We need something affirmative though.

4
IHatePedophiles 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm not a doomer despite being a new account. But a blank / wiped machine would be much worse than a machine filled to the brim with evidence of fraud. 3 letters investigating it would just say "there was nothing found to suggest fraud" or something of the sort.

2
Stickyourheadndoodoo 2 points ago +3 / -1

And they know this.

Just like there is literally no reason to prevent observers other than to commit fraud, but they know that the general public will sleep on "they didn't allow observers to observe".

It's a case of death by a million cuts. Any one of these things on their own - from the illegal expansion of mail-in voting to the pretending that mail in wasn't less secure than in person to the early crowning of Biden as President Elect - would just seem weird but plausible at the same time. It's not until you step back and look at the entire picture that the coordinated plan emerges.

3
bighomiebeenchillin 3 points ago +7 / -4

what if they change da data in da machine tho

8
OnceReturned 8 points ago +8 / -0

That would be a huge gamble on their part. It would very likely be discovered in a forensic audit of the machines (very likely = essentially impossible that it not be discovered) and when it is they're in even deeper shit.

In many cases the cover up is worse than the crime... Although in this case the crime is about as bad as one could imagine.

If I were them I would plead ignorance and blame (foreign) hackers or some low level nerd "acting alone." Or flee to a non extradition country... Since the penalty for treason is potentially death they actually have quite a few options.

5
lanre 5 points ago +5 / -0

This has already been covered. For dominion voting machines at least, the logs are a huge source of concern since they can be easily edited.

Probably so.

That being said, every time I've tried to write "probable cause" on my phone it's come out "probably."

1
DrBJTester 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't get me started on my innate inability to spell coupled with my giant hands and my insanely programmed predictive keyboard.

Jackalope is a word I use often as is fuckstain, a very common adjective these days. Why it accepts the first and refuses the second really upsets me. If I'm spewing invective at my phone and it can't decide what insult I'm trying to come up with it needs to just default to fucking traitor!

They better start in GA so those machines aren't wiped for the run-offs. There better be eyes 24/7 on all the machine warehouses. Voting machine warehouses have been burning down around the world recently.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

They ran out of Churches to burn down?

6
AmerikaUberAlles 6 points ago +8 / -2 (edited)

Oh really??? By Tuesday??? Oh fucking great lets just give our enemies enough time to have a literal weekend slumber party and then spend all day Monday literally erasing any trace of ANYTHING. WTF IS THIS???

Edit: "We'Re CaTcHiNg ThEm iN tHe AcT" ....really? "We PrObAbLy HaVe aLL tHe EvIdEnCe AnYwAy" ...you fucking kidding me? There are oh, I don't know, maybe a half dozen excuses for them for them to 86 shit and get away with it. Not they are good excuses, but none the less excuses that can neither be proven or disproven besides standing next to a burnt down building with a gas can in hand. If I'm wrong I'm wrong, I'll take the L, but this is literally how bureaucratic justice "works". Not a doomer guys, just a realist k.

5
Oskar 5 points ago +5 / -0

Calm down. They would not have made this announcement for no reason. Perhaps they want the public to see Dominion wipe those machines just before federal investigators look at them.

Also, up until they wipe the machines Dominion can still claim they haven't done anything wrong. Wiping the machines is a crime.

5
deleted 5 points ago +5 / -0
5
MAGAA2020 5 points ago +6 / -1

The only way these machines haven't been thoroughly sanitized is if the team consists of people who all failed their community college's CIS101 class.

11
spacecoyote 11 points ago +11 / -0

Well given that anyone with a basic knowledge of IT who knows how these machines work would presumably run, not walk, away from them and any place that uses them, it's a definite possibility.

Honestly voting machines are such an obviously bad idea that anyone voluntarily employed in engineering them should be disqualified from the profession.

6
RedPillDispenser 6 points ago +6 / -0

Voting machines are a solution seeking after a problem. I honestly don't know what the point of them is. They don't seem to ease the workload of election staff, nobody ever complained that the 24-48hr wait for definitive, final results was harmful in any way, and older folks find it genuinely more difficult to operate them than simply filling out a paper ballot and dropping it in a box.

6
spacecoyote 6 points ago +6 / -0

I place the blame squarely on Al Gore. His hanging chad histrionics provided the 'problem'.

6
RedPillDispenser 6 points ago +6 / -0

Aye, that is indeed true. Can't believe I was a flaming liberal back then but I was young, so that's my excuse 😂.

Spent the next 8 years calling George Bush a "monkey," but Obongos speech at the Dem convention almost blew up my BS detector and opened my eyes to what modern day liberalism truly was.

1
Peart44 1 point ago +1 / -0

True, but fucking George Bush should have fixed this problem starting in January 2001.

3
spacecoyote 3 points ago +3 / -0

He 'fixed' it alright. That's the problem.

3
lanre 3 points ago +3 / -0

The point is that they create a situation where voter fraud requires fewer co-conspirators.

There's literally zero benefit they provide other than that, and security professionals have been warning politicians for decades that they're a fundamentally insecure system.

4
sirtra 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm still confused why the physical ballots (or at least scans) havent been seized yet. Seems crazy that something so important it kept so private.

Like i get why they want to keep em locked up from prying eyes, i just dont understand how legally there is no simple resolution to ballot disputes. Scan em all and let people view them online, or have a double blind count process performed by a member of each party.. disputed batches counted on a live stream so they public can witness who is doing the dodge. The results are meant to be transparent no?

Even if all the electronic machines disappear for an upcoming elections, if all the people working for the FEC are secret agents for the DNC whats to stop them just stuffing fake purple ballots with green pokadots in with legit ones, counting them all right in front of observers, just ignore any disputes and at the end say yep.. democrats won 103% to -3%

Prove otherwise! Where is your evidence these purple ballots are fraudulent.. we counted em and there is no evidence of fakes.

What do you mean you cant win with a result of 103% .. the numbers dont lie.. 103-3=100 all good see?

Thats how i view what's happened so far anyway and something else needs to change.

The machines will either forget their password 3 times resulting in a wipe or commit suicide by shooting themselves 3 times in the head.

4
Choppermagic 4 points ago +4 / -0

Why announce this? They will just tamper them

4
Agent_Orange 4 points ago +4 / -0

Explanation of "Probably Cause":

Judge: "Did the Lefties and Dems attempt to steal the election using hacked voting machines?"

Rudy: "Probably, 'cause there's no other way Biden could have won the election."

Judge: "Ok, that is sufficient to establish 'Probably Cause'."

3
zigmund_fraud 3 points ago +3 / -0

If they erase the votes and don't have the records to back it up... are they valid if challenged?

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

NO. Concern trolls not thinking!

This is a win-win. We find evidence of tampering, or a Trump landslide.

3
dindunufin2 3 points ago +7 / -4

it is the cover-up that always gets them!

5
DrBJTester 5 points ago +5 / -0

But I think we need to add the fact that the Rats have been getting away with this for at least 20 years! They literally think they're above the law.

That's why this couldn't happen until the courts were sorted out. Everyone that has been impatient and crying about tick-tocking, were too eager to go to war before before it was possible to win.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Courts do not decide who wins a war.

1

Yes they do. Because in the end you have to win the peace too. The reason we got into this mess is because we lost the pease

2
reeelection2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

If they announce it like this then its gonna give them enough time to hide the evidence.. if they really think something is up with the machines, whats stopping them from DOING IT NOW INSTEAD OF ANNOUNCING IT.

Then again if they do seize it and they find stuff wiped, doesnt that make the criminals look guilty?

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes it's win-win either way. Still, they ALL shouldve been seized immediately. That this didn't happen tells us who's in on it.

Confiscate them and burn them in a fire. Electronic voting is a horrible idea. Hacks and bugs happen all the time, even on systems specifically designed to be secure.
