No they are held to federal law instead of state law. If you're on tribal land and you fuck around it is always a felony charge, so the ruling has now made "Indian Territory" only for Recognized Tribal members to be tried under federal law no state allowed

For minor crimes, tribal members are tried by the tribal courts. So if you get a DUI, for example the court you go to will depend on if you have a CDIB.

There are still both felonies and misdemeanors on tribal land. But things like the age of consent will be different if you are a card holder.
