I’m still trying to figure out the logistics on how one is supposed to sue before damages.

PA has fallen far from grace. Sad!

They can always do hand counting like in Canada. Don't separate envelopes and hand count each ballot. The ones you are not sure of go in a special pile to be adjudicated.

Ropes for people who commit Treason. Not because they ARE Democrats or RINOs.

7
Joesf23 7 points ago +7 / -0

Pretty sure rinos are the way they are because the chicoms buy them off. Foreign hostile government controlling a politician via payment and forcing said politican to betray their country is ....treason

4
1st10RtheBill0Rights 4 points ago +5 / -1

Treason by any politician or group gets the rope. That goes for DJT as well, god forbid.

I AM NOT SAYING DJT COMMITTED TREASON

2
DJTrump 2 points ago +2 / -0

The purest form of treason. Regardless of any definitions, symantics, its 100% treason.

sometimes I wonder if the exact opposite should be true. 1/3rd of the country, the republicans, just all collectively stop voting, stop paying their taxes, grab guns, and the second the law moves against 1% of them, the rest move against the prisons, police stations, town halls, tax offices, and courts.

It's wishful thinking though. Too many people have too much to lose.

They will jam up the courts and take power away from us. It is better be force anti-fraud measures and vote in force to diminish their influence.

The better answer IMHO, is a third party. The Patriot Party. Founded by the Trump family.

State capitals. Have enough to amend the constitution using all the data we've gathered the last 244 years to form a more more perfect union.

12
247MAGA 12 points ago +12 / -0

I'm guessing that until someone murders a judge or representative (not advocating at all!) They would have no reason to really fear any repercussions from us. They see us as tax slaves and nothing more.

5
CrimsonSentinal 5 points ago +5 / -0

And Judges die all the time... in Minecraft... out here in LA a certain someone was shot down in their driveway recently, and it was news for like half a day and then nothing. And all info scrubbed, almost like they don't want you to know stuff like this happens.

we are supposed to trust our legislators to do the investigations. This is what we need to also raise our voices and tenor in regards to.

A third party (The Patriot Party founded by DJT 2021 (let’s get some Patriots in Congress and the HR)) is what we need on the ballot to put the necessary #power to investigate with the vote of the people.

Honestly it's great that we like to fly the Gadsden flag and all but it's really just virtue signaling now. If there aren't ever any consequences for people like this then I'm sorry, but we have no business flying it anymore. We're being tread on and won't do shit about it. Sad.

The march for life has had a steady attendance of nearly a million a year.

It never makes the news.

Our voice is ignored by a complicit press and a deep state that would have us feel helpless.

Protests are an option, but one that doesn't have much use in its current form

If a few poles can defeat the Soviet Union

In some alternative reality? Or are you talking about the time of the Russian civil war? Or the end if the Warsaw pact? In both cases, USSR beat itself. E.g. it could have easily restored order in the late 80s with the army, but the leadership chose not to.

1
deleted 1 point ago +2 / -1
3
energia 3 points ago +3 / -0

Solidarity ended occupation of Poland, led to free and open elections in Poland and inevitably led to the complete end of the Soviet Union.

USSR's leadership simply decided not to intervene during protests, to leave Eastern Germany and all Warsaw pact countries and to disband the treaty. They could have easily restored order with the army if needed like China did for instance.

It's just a way of trying to worm out of ruling on something they know is bunk. You can't sue before damages because no damages. You can't sue after damages because we don't like the implications of how to remedy those damages. Excused prepped well in advance to try and pass the buck in ruling on something they knew was fraudulent.

The corrupt Democrat machine in PA has spread like cancer into the court system. Kevin Dougherty for example has a brother John neck deep in corruption in Philly: https://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/local/pennsylvania-supreme-court-justice-denial-benefit-alleged-stolen-union-funds-kevin-dougherty-john-dougherty/1658/

There are many cases; the big ones filed by Trump's actual team are going to go to the SC if we dont get a favorable ruling. Ones like this, we expect to get unjustifiably shot down.

From what I remember, it was a 3-2 decision, with the 3 Democrats dismissing the case on an extremely weak argument to avoid discussing the actual merits of the case, while the 2 Republicans dissented.

So the actual depiction would be 3 drooling NPCs sitting at a table with 2 Pepes/Chads, and the NPCs having the deciding vote purely due to the higher number of idiots representing their side of the political aisle.

Either way, this is almost certainly going to get an immediate ruling from SCOTUS denouncing this insanity.

Courts, law enforcement, the whole legal infrastructure is corrupt and not fit for purpose. What's that line in the Constitution about men having the right to replace governments?

Methinks we need "People's Courts" now. Hold the trials, carry out the sentences, install the rightful winners of the election, and back it all up with overwhelming force of arms from 100 million plus patriots. Let the "legal minds" sort out the aftermath after the event.

2

You actually think our Judicial Enemy is retarded? They made this ruling specifically in a way to reduce the chances of the US Supreme Court taking the case. Our argument shouldn't be that they are retarded (it actually makes us look retarded making this stupid argument), it is that they are judging this case in bad faith and that they would have dismissed it for a lack of standing if the petitioners had filed sooner.

Email all the PA legislatures with all their emails from the Google sheet at TDW link. only the Republican representatives and senators are in the sheet. The same information is there for Wisconsin, Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Georgia.

How many times do they get to see this? How does this get to Scottish? I've lost track of what is going on with the courts in Pennsylvania. their successfully just running out the clock it seems.
