You actually think our Judicial Enemy is retarded? They made this ruling specifically in a way to reduce the chances of the US Supreme Court taking the case. Our argument shouldn't be that they are retarded (it actually makes us look retarded making this stupid argument), it is that they are judging this case in bad faith and that they would have dismissed it for a lack of standing if the petitioners had filed sooner.
