If it makes it to the supreme court, SCOTUS may kick it back to the SCOPA which is no good. Not sure what is going to happen next.
I do not believe it has any affect on the Legislature taking back their constitutional right to cast their own electors. That is still in play as far as i know.
It makes sense that the lower courts just don’t want the heat of ruling against antifa and the demorats. I think that’s a more likely option then them all being commie fags that agree with the steal. Or they are compromised like thousands were in that tv show mr robot
