Thankfully you don't work with Stage 4. But be careful. A Stage 3 can quickly turn into a Stage 4 if you aren't careful. You have to slowly counteract their TDS with small redpills over time. You may never cure them totally, but you can help them and society by keeping them at a 3 or lower.
