If it goes to state legislators, when will the decision likely be made?

Anyone can shed some legal light on what happens if it goes to state legislators and whether we'll still see a decision in 2020 or whether it will take til Jan to know for sure?

I think most democrats in Congress are illegitimate. They need to be forcefully removed. I guess that’s our mad max scenario lol.
