The actual guys who threw the party were charging people at the door of their apartment. A friend and I stood in front of the building and charged a whole bunch of drunk freshmen $5 each to get in. Paid for my weekend.

I am pretty sure it will be considered "Fraud", but since the guy paying for him is expecting to break the law, it will never be heard by a judge. So yeah, not at all illegal. But you dont want a bunch of illegals on the wrong side of the border wanting to kill you the next day they see you.
