Is the coating on the Russian stuff harder to clean off the bolt?

I've never had a problem with lacquer on the casings. But might be a problem if you're firing continuously or high rate of fire. The high temps melt the lacquer obviously

Lacquered ammo caused stovepiping in my Mini-14. Never gave me trouble in any of the other guns. So yes it can be a problem, but it's not inevitable.
