Good points but I think we will get a mixed bag of tricks based on region, urban/suburban...The greatest threat will be the Glowing false flags and terrorist (Weather Underground) type bombings to shift the sheep into anything to appease the wolf from eating us mode. The key under the Insurrection Act will be MIntel identifying all terrorists cells/support swiftly and neutralizing them within weeks.
