Gunz are not the problem for most of us right now.
AMMO is a serious problem. I was just chatting with my cousin the other day and he can't even get brass for his reloading kit. (I don't know if he can't find it at all or if it's just ridiculously expensive. I had to break his heart and tell him that we didn't have any spare brass for him.)
We have a good chunk of land and my husband was musing about building a free gun range just so we could collect the brass from people practicing.

Your husband is a wise man. I've been picking up brass at my range for years, reloading it and putting it in the stockpile. .223 is the most common of all; it seems that a lot of people treat .223 brass as a disposable nuisance, like used Dixie cups.
I can say that we've learned our lesson. Once the market straightens out, we'll be buying regularly so that we won't get caught with our pants down again. smh

what caliber are you looking for?
My husband's got a list. I'll ask him for the numbers when he comes in.

They're pretty much empty, but I do appreciate the effort.
Maybe there will be some hope soon.
