I believe McInerney confirmed there were deaths, but I was trying to see if that aligned with any published stories of military deaths in the past couple of weeks. The Delta Force deaths may not have yet been reported, but the CIA death report seems like a tip off.

I am sure General Flynn and McInerney both talked about the raid in Germany but stopped short of saying anyone was killed in the raid.
