I think Trump should issue 5 boxes of ammo to every LEGAL citizen that does not suffer from mental illness as a new stimulus package. It would help those concerned about insurrection and help the militia in being prepared incase of violent interference of the political process by outside forces. also think that those citizens that dont want the ammo could then sell it.
