Yeah, I don't appreciate fundraising drives trying to disguise themselves as petitions of importance. If it actually mattered, they would let people sign even without donating. Not everyone has cash to burn.
Bullshit. I was just on it and it lets you enter your info on step one, then step two is a donation page and it won't let you submit if you don't put a donation amount, and it won't accept zero.

It just took me to a donation page that I couldn't get around. I have no idea if it actually sent my signature from the previous page.
