Bullshit. I was just on it and it lets you enter your info on step one, then step two is a donation page and it won't let you submit if you don't out a donation amount, and it won't accept zero.

You're full of shit. Simply typing your shit into the box isn't "signing" it if you don't actually get to the final submission step of the form.
