There was a previous post on this very same thing, many people there pointed out that this was likely due to rounding.

The numbers in the video aren't the actual vote count, the creator just used the spreadsheet to multiply the percentages by the total votes. And the percentages don't have enough digits so we get a lot of rounding errors. So the votes listed are not official data and are a bit lacking in accuracy due to rounding. Those rounding errors impact third party candidates more because they have fewer total votes.

The video creator didn't realize this. It's good that people are going through the data but unfortunately this is just a case of bad math.
