Why would a state decide to elect their Supreme Court? Seems like it opens the door for this. Especially when you’re rigging elections.

Pennsylvania is one of the most corrupt states in the Union. NY,Chicago,California get all the credit, but in truth, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is just as bad or worse.

Not sure why you got that one salty downvote. Philly is one of the most corrupt cities in the nation

I used to live there, watching the PenDot forever working on the roads is obvious there is massive grift everywhere. Nothing moves, money disappears and projects go on forever.

Most states have some method of electing the supreme court

Hmm, I haven’t researched this. I’ll have to

Chris Parnell's was on the war room laying it out. This was before the state supreme court fucked us ,but it sounded like the method of changing the constitution required an act of the legislature and a referrendum. This sounds familiar because that's how they change the Illinois constitution. The state legislature approves the change but can only vote to implement if we approve it via a ballot measure. In any case, it's still the state legislature deciding how an election is to be conducted as prescribed by the US constitution. Governor Tom Wolf violated the US Constitution...not just the state constitution because he implemented a change without the state legislature. Even if the state legislature has said yes which they would never have, it requires a general election vote and one more vote from the legislature. The governor has no role to play on the process whatsoever.

Probably zero were legitimately elected.

Not just elections, but all legal matters. This is how the democrats have created a two tier justice system. One for their enemies, and one for their allies and patrons. They have really done this across the nation, where ever and when ever they have sufficient control. This is why they must be stopped, at all costs.

And the republicans helped them

It's so obvious what they're doing. If there was really no fraud happening, they could have just taken the case and then declared there was no fraud. But clearly they know there was fraud.

The only thing that can stop a Trump legal win is even more court corruption. Even still, conceding isn't an option.

I agree we have to live in the real world, but the problem is really a judiciary that legislates from the bench. It is a very old problem, but if hearding cats was easy, everyone would be doing it.

Kritocracy vs. English Common Law + The Constitution.

Your choice. Kritarchy has won out over the past 60+ years. It's time to end it.

How would US common law + the constitution solve this problem? Honestly asking. My only doubt is, we see this corruption in every state so I don't really see how PA is very much different.

English Common Law. Not "US". We've allowed the Judiciary to Legislate. The Legislature is more than happy to allow it since they'd be fired by their constituents if they tried to pass laws allowing boys in girls bathrooms etc.

Write this down: "The Only Laws that Enforce Themselves are the Laws of Physics."

NO COURT has the authority to Legislate from the Bench. Period. No Citizen is obligated to OBEY ANY OF THEM. The only reason people do is because a Federal and/or State Armed Police Force will KILL THEM if they do Not Obey. Our system was designed to have checks and balances. If some Judge came up with some dumbshit orders/rulings then how would he enforce it? Back in the day it would have had to make sense. Now they've got virtual Armies at their beck & call to kill you if they decide to say X IS NOW THE LAW and you don't agree.

Since we don't fight back then all ANY Court has to do is just say "No More Guns!" and if we don't fight back then tough shit for you.

Since the Magna Carta it is established that THE PEOPLE have the right to Self Determination and Self Governance.

If we were to work off of English Common Law and the Constitution then we should have stormed each and every State House and thrown ALL of them out on their asses, had a new election that was honest and then fixed everything.

Instead we sit around and ask, what are now essentially our Jailers, for permission to pretty please be allowed to have our rights for a minute to go do something if you'll pretty please allow us to do it at all. All of those Dem Governors who have been issuing Edicts, which they're not allowed to do, should have been physically removed from office AND....and I'm being serious too (and this is why we keep losing)....AND if anyone tried to stop them they should be shot on sight. Nobody, and I mean nobody, no matter what uniform they have on or how shiny their badges might be, has the right to take away your rights. If they try. Kill them. If you don't then they'll keep playing their games and you'll lose. Every. Single. Time.

We are now literally arguing with our Captors as to the conditions of our Captivity. If we don't fight for our Rights then we deserve everything we get that's coming down the pike for us. And believe me....it's coming.

The Dems/Leftists/Progressive/SJW's all know that Violence works. It's high time that we realize that too and at least with us it will be to ENFORCE THE ALREADY ESTABLISHED AND WRITTEN LAW.

I believe this is Chris Parnell's suit. There were people saying oh scotus has no jurisdiction. Wrong sir! Wrong! Chris Parnell's suit is about the governor extra legislatively altering the process in which the election is conducted. He said that changing the electoral process requires a change to the Pennsylvania constitution which requires a change passed by the legislature to be put to a popular vote. Only after it is ratified by a vote can it be passed by the state legislature. This sounds an awful lot like the state legislature determining the time manner and place of an election (act 77 is what it's called). Pennsylvania requires an excuse to vote absentee...the governor changed it to excuse free voting without the legislature which makes it a violation box the federal constitution. By all means appeal to the supreme court, ask for an emergency injunction and present your facts! Throw out all the mail in ballots because they were illegally cast .

You're wrong. We need to prepare for the battle field by fixing bayonets, not the judiciary.
