Why would a state decide to elect their Supreme Court? Seems like it opens the door for this. Especially when you’re rigging elections.

Pennsylvania is one of the most corrupt states in the Union. NY,Chicago,California get all the credit, but in truth, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is just as bad or worse.

Not sure why you got that one salty downvote. Philly is one of the most corrupt cities in the nation

I used to live there, watching the PenDot forever working on the roads is obvious there is massive grift everywhere. Nothing moves, money disappears and projects go on forever.

Chris Parnell's was on the war room laying it out. This was before the state supreme court fucked us ,but it sounded like the method of changing the constitution required an act of the legislature and a referrendum. This sounds familiar because that's how they change the Illinois constitution. The state legislature approves the change but can only vote to implement if we approve it via a ballot measure. In any case, it's still the state legislature deciding how an election is to be conducted as prescribed by the US constitution. Governor Tom Wolf violated the US Constitution...not just the state constitution because he implemented a change without the state legislature. Even if the state legislature has said yes which they would never have, it requires a general election vote and one more vote from the legislature. The governor has no role to play on the process whatsoever.

Not just elections, but all legal matters. This is how the democrats have created a two tier justice system. One for their enemies, and one for their allies and patrons. They have really done this across the nation, where ever and when ever they have sufficient control. This is why they must be stopped, at all costs.
