I just don’t understand the attraction to commie weapons. The only things they are good at are being peasant proof and burning hands after 3 mags when running drills.

Have you ever got to fire a high quality AK? Especially in a cartridge like 5.56 or 5.45? They're not what youd expect if you're accustomed to a 7.62x39. but these things are so smooth and we'll made. They're built like tanks.

I'm into all sorts of guns but I find the combloc technology really cool and for collectable purposes it's way more fun than the world of ARs

I dispute any claim of “high quality” ak or variant in mass production.

I’m sure there are some customs out there that were made well.

I have not fired one other than 7.62x39/5.45x39.

They do make a better conversation piece than a blaster looking AR. Cleaning is easier too.

The only AKs I own are from before the import bans. They are totally unmolested. IMO there are alot of crap AKs out there these days. But if you've got something special you keep it.

In mass production currently available to the US market? I totally agree. There are currently no quality manufactured AKs available to us Americans since 1994.
