Wanna shoot a poor poll worker? Bad optics. I agree they are guilty of treason. But some of them will do anything, and they'll also blame everyone except themselves. That'll take a few generations to fix.

Elections need to go back to paper and full scrutiny, plus video archival of the counting process. If businesses can do audits reasonably well, so can elections. Audit! Audit! Audit!
