SCOTUS generally does not look at new evidence, only reevaluates what was already presented and vetted by lower courts. This is a big problem, and it's the reason the lower courts are purposely ignoring the evidence. They understand how to game the SCOTUS.

As long as the State Legislation decides to pick their electors/not certify, the court cases can pretty much wait till the second term.. All the legal teams need to do is shed a shadow of doubt on the process enough to justify not certifying.. Court cases are kind of a bonus this early in the game.
