The POTUS called us to march. We should be worried enough that only marching in the street, getting others to protest with you and holding your state legislatures feet to the fire will save you.

Totally agree, those living in PA, WI, GA, AZ, and MI need to call their state legislatures!! I'm in TX but left a message for the majority PA legislatures. If you can't march or attend a rally, call/email your representative. If you can do both, even better

Trump's got three appointees on the court, as well as one of the most conservative members on the court. That's 4. Alito is a Bush appointee but he ruled against his fellow Bush appointee in last week's SCOTUS decision, and Pennsylvania snubbed him twice in his SCOTUS orders after the election.

What were his comments on Faux concerning the Supreme Court for those of us who missed it?
He said it would be difficult to reach SCOTUS. In general, the whole interview gave the impression that Trump was barely hanging on.

I don’t think any of our cases have even been through the discovery process yet. I’ve been involved with a handful of lawsuits, but I’m really a layperson when it comes to procedures. Maybe there is a lawyer-pede here that could help us out with the deets
