I think Trump has to keep things low key up until Dec 14th. There can't be any signs to the courts and the state legislatures that Trump is handling matters outside of the normal purview of the election process. If electoral votes are sent in for Biden on that date giving him a victory, then more forceful action will have to be taken to stop an unconstitutional and illegal electoral process from occurring. I think things will seem up and down for all of us for the next couple of weeks like we've been seeing since Nov 4th.
For me, it will be after Dec 14th where we'll know if Trump has really been planning for and has put REAL options in place to stop the downfall of our republic. That's a very silly statement, of course you can introduce new evidence! There's a HUGE legal difference between "generally you don't" and "you cannot". You can ask any appeals court to hear new evidence and it's entirely up to them whether or not they want to allow it. They will make that decision based on multiple factors including if they think it's credible and would have a major influence on the outcome of the case.
All the smoking gun, dead to rights evidence means nothing if FBI and DOJ ignore it, courts play games to dismiss without hearing it, and the state legislatures buckle under commie threats against their family.
